eSun PETG + High Speed

eSUN ePETG+ HS is a high-performance PETG filament developed for ultra-fast FDM printing with excellent layer adhesion, toughness and resistance to water and chemicals. Each 1 kg spool is vacuum sealed for optimal storage and ensures smooth extrusion without clogging. Perfect for functional prototypes, snap-fit ​​parts and assembly housings printed at speeds up to 300 mm/s.

High-speed optimized formula

ePETG+ HS features a specially tuned PETG composition that cools and cures quickly, enabling reliable high-speed FDM printing. This optimization significantly reduces the risk of deformation and wire pull while ensuring smooth extrusion even at speeds up to 300 mm/s.

Toughness and functional durability

By combining the mechanical properties of ABS with the easy printability of PLA, this filament delivers strong, impact-resistant prints that can withstand daily wear and tear and environmental impacts.

Chemical and water resistance

Designed for functional parts exposed to moisture or chemicals, ePETG+ HS offers excellent resistance to water, oils and common solvents – ideal for cabinets, enclosures, snap-locks and outdoor prototypes.

Outstanding print quality

With tight diameter tolerances, perfect winding and optimized melt flow, the filament is fed smoothly without tangling or clogging. The result is uniform layer bonding, minimal warping and excellent surface finish with reduced wire drag and bubbles.

Packaging and compatibility

Each 1kg spool is vacuum sealed with desiccant to protect against moisture before use. Compatible with a wide range of FDM printers – including high-speed models such as Bambu Lab X1, AnkerMake M5, Creality K1/K1 MAX, Flsun V400 and Raise3D.
