TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a flexible, durable material that is ideal for a wide range of 3D printing applications. Here are some of the many benefits of using TPU filament:
-
Flexibility : TPU is known for its high flexibility, making it ideal for printing parts that require bending or twisting.
-
High abrasion resistance : TPU is extremely resistant to abrasion, making it a good choice for parts that will be exposed to constant friction.
-
Good chemical resistance : TPU is resistant to many oils and greases, making it a good choice for industrial applications.
-
High shock absorption : Due to its flexibility, TPU has an excellent ability to absorb shock, making it ideal for protective cases and enclosures.
-
Compatibility : TPU is compatible with a wide range of 3D printers, making it a versatile choice.
-
Water-resistant : TPU is water-resistant, making it a good choice for outdoor applications or projects that may come into contact with moisture.
- Hardness : Our TPU has a shore rating of 95A. This means that the filament is in the "Hard" category, and can be compared to the hardness of a rubber sole.
NOTE! If you are a beginner and don't know which filament to choose, you can read our guide here.
Our TPU is packed in vacuum bags and a sturdy cardboard box, so it is protected during transport and easy to store.

Due to the transition between plastic and cardboard spools, some rolls of filament will come on cardboard spools. If you need to use the filament in an ACE or AMS you can print this plastic border: Printables link
