Color printing with reduced waste
Manual painting of detailed models is a thing of the past — H2C brings your designs to life with six-color printing and a versatile seventh nozzle for support or an additional color. The entire model is printed in 2 parts: The main raptor is printed in 6 colors, and the base is printed in another 6 colors.


Engineering Quality and Multi-Material Freedom
The H2C AMS Combo is built around the Vortek Hotend Change System, a robust platform supporting six interchangeable and contactless hotends. This architecture allows the printer to work with up to 24 filaments simultaneously when used with the AMS system. It opens up vast creative possibilities with minimal material waste. When working with seven filaments or fewer, the printer can even completely eliminate purge cycles, significantly increasing efficiency.
Multi-material printing with minimal purge waste
In traditional multi-material printing with a single nozzle, purging is necessary to remove residual material between filament changes. Vortek changes this with an intelligent hotend replacement system that swaps the entire hotend – thus delivering faster and cleaner prints with minimal waste.

The Vortek system works seamlessly with our highly reliable AMS (Automatic Material System), making the entire filament change process fully automatic — no need to manually feed each filament into the toolhead.
Always the most efficient combination
The Vortek system can store filament information in the hotend's memory, ensuring the correct filament is always matched with the right hotend. If you're printing with more than seven filament types, the system can calculate the optimal combination to minimize purge waste.

Contactless design for high reliability
Our high demands for reliability led us to move away from contact-based metal pins, which are prone to oxidation and unstable connections. Colors are no longer limited by the number of toolheads
Unlike traditional toolchanger printers, where the number of colors is limited by the number of toolheads, H2C supports up to 24 materials in a single print via parallel-connected AMS units. Its intelligent algorithm optimizes the distribution of filaments to hotends to minimize purge waste while delivering excellent results in multi-color and multi-material printing.

Fully automatic nozzle offset calibration
Our inductive nozzle offset calibration is fully automated — no manual steps, no calibration plates, and no extra setup. In just a few minutes, H2C accurately calibrates nozzle offset down to 25 micrometers.*
Dedicated hotends for specific filaments
H2C's Vortek system allows dedicating one of the six interchangeable hotends to specific filaments — a true game-changer for valuable technical materials. It ensures superior consistency and reliability across prints. Each hotend can even automatically store filament information, so the material is instantly matched with the correct hotend next time.

Intelligent and Predictive Material Management
Vortek is more than a hardware solution. It's an intelligent and adaptive system. Each hotend has built-in memory that stores the last used filament, so the printer can automatically recommend the correct hotend before printing starts. This reduces errors, streamlines preparation, and ensures consistent results. Together with automatic filament assignment and real-time feedback, H2C constantly works to minimize manual intervention and maximize print quality.
Enhanced reliability in high-speed printing and real-time fault detection
The PMSM servo extruder delivers up to 10 kg of maximum extrusion force — 70% more than a stepper motor — significantly improving stability in high-throughput extrusion. Our proprietary servo architecture samples resistance and position at 20 kHz, actively detecting filament grinding and clogs in real-time.
50 µm ultra-fine motion accuracy*
With its Vision Encoder, H2C achieves distance-independent motion accuracy of less than 50 µm — thinner than a human hair. The system automatically compensates for mechanical drift during calibration, ensuring consistent precision and maximum performance over time.*
Smooth surfaces, sharp edges
H2C leverages both the servo motor in the extruder and high-resolution eddy current sensors at the nozzle to detect extrusion dynamics. This allows for precise control of extrusion and automatic calibration of Pressure Advance (PA) parameters for each filament, resulting in smoother surfaces and cleaner, sharper edges.

Unleash the full potential of high-performance materials
H2C's actively heated 65 °C chamber and nozzles up to 350 °C minimize warping and deformation while enhancing layer adhesion for high-performance and high-temperature filaments.

Comprehensive print monitoring
H2C is equipped with a total of 59 sensors* and a quad-camera computer vision system controlled by our proprietary neural algorithm. During printing, the system provides intelligent real-time diagnostics that can detect even the most subtle printing errors as they occur. You don't need to be an expert to solve problems — the printer does the work for you.

AI camera
H2C is equipped with an AI-based camera system. This intelligent monitoring continuously tracks extrusion patterns and immediately detects material accumulation, filament deviations, and extrusion errors. The system also performs a pre-flight check to ensure a safe startup.

Safety
Market-leading air filtration
H2C's three-stage filtration system is crucial for printing with technical filaments. The effective combination of a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter, and an activated coconut shell carbon filter effectively reduces odors and harmful particles often released from technical materials.

Fire-retardant construction
H2C's chamber is constructed exclusively from fire-retardant materials, providing robust, passive fire protection throughout the enclosure.

Flexible network security and connectivity
H2C offers convenient cloud connectivity for remote management from any device. For security-critical applications, it also supports full offline functionality, ensuring complete physical isolation. Users can operate the printer, send files, and update firmware without an internet connection. For advanced users, Developer Mode provides access to MQTT ports for integrating third-party components and software.*
