Polymaker Fiberon™️ PET-GF15
Fiberon™ PET-GF15 – Glass Fiber Reinforced PET Filament
The bridge between everyday use and industrial performance.

High-strength, heat-resistant engineering filament
Fiberon™ PET-GF15 combines PET with 15% glass fiber reinforcement to deliver outstanding stiffness, dimensional stability, and heat resistance. It is developed for users who need the robustness of an engineering filament without compromising printability.

Industrial-level performance – user-friendly for everyday use
With a flexural strength of 104 MPa and an HDT of up to 133 °C (0.45 MPa, after annealing/heat treatment), PET-GF15 can withstand high loads and high temperatures where other materials would deform. It prints easily on most modern FDM printers – even at speeds up to 250 mm/s.

Excellent surface finish & AMS-compatible
Achieve smooth, professional-quality prints with a refined surface texture that minimizes visible layer lines. Available in six bright colors. Fiberon™ PET-GF15 works seamlessly with most multi-material systems and is ideal for multi-color and multi-material projects.
Dimensional stability & minimal warping
PET-GF15 maintains high precision and minimal warping – even for larger prints. After annealing, dimensional change remains below 0.5%, ensuring tight tolerances for functional parts where reliability and precision are critical.
Designed for professionals and makers alike
Ideal for automotive parts, jigs, fixtures, industrial components, and prototypes. PET-GF15 offers excellent toughness and resistance to brittleness. Whether you are a professional engineer or an experienced hobbyist, PET-GF15 delivers industrial results with a user-friendly experience.
Warning: PET-GF filament binds strongly to textured PEI build plates – allow the plate to cool completely before removing the part, or use a release agent to avoid damage.
