PCL Filament from Sunlu is a groundbreaking filament that makes 3D printing safer and can be used to create smart and aesthetic prints.

PCL is made from a polyester material that is lightweight but strong, and has a density of around 1.2g/cm3. It melts at relatively low temperatures of around 60°C, making it safe to print with. It can be printed on a cold PCB and is extremely strong with a high degree of flexibility.

The PCL material has a sublime adhesion between the layers, which gives an extremely strong and durable result. At the same time, PCL is easy to reshape, as its low melting point means that you can change the shape in hot water.

Sunlu PCL filament is suitable for use in 3D pens as its melting point is much lower than PLA. However, your 3D pen must be able to lower the temperature manually or be built for PCL. Sunlu SL300 therefore does not work for this type!
