High thermal conductivity – even heating

The 360° wrap-around ceramic heating element improves heating efficiency, providing more uniform heating and faster heat transfer.

High flow – supports high-speed printing

The extended nozzle chamber achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 32 mm³/s and supports high-speed printing at 500 mm/s * 0.4 mm nozzle opening (test data at 240 °C printing temperature).

All-metal heat break – heat resistance up to 300°C

All-metal design, where the nozzle is made of copper alloy and hardened steel to ensure high hardness while supporting high-flow printing. Compatible with multiple filament types.

Processing upgrade for better printing

The heat break is made of titanium alloy and copper, with extremely thin wall thickness and excellent thermal insulation. The internal roughness of the nozzle is Ra ≤ 0.4, which provides smoother material feeding.
