Important announcement

  1. Currently, the H2 dual nozzle feature only supports nozzles of the same size.

  2. Compatible with both left and right hotend on H2D.

  3. On the H2C, this hotend is only supported on the left (lifting) hotend.

HRA 90 – more durable nozzle, lower maintenance

With a hardness of HRA 90 compared to hardened steel's 74, the tungsten carbide nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. This provides a 50% longer lifetime when printing abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments.

True high flow: Save up to 30% of your time

The extra-durable tungsten carbide super nozzle has an optimized melt zone that enables significantly higher volumetric velocity. This results in up to 62.5% higher maximum volumetric velocity and reduces print time by up to 30% . The larger your print, the more time you save – especially for models with extensive infill.

Test details:

  1. Tested with ABS, Ø240 mm single wall cylinder, 0.2 mm layer thickness, 1.0 mm outer wall, 280 ℃ nozzle temperature, spiral vase mode.

  2. Tested with PLA Basic, 15% fill, 300×300×300 mm cube.

  1. If you need multi-color printing with AMS, the AMS must be connected to the right fixed hotend.

  2. If you want to use the second hotend for printing support material, we recommend using the liftable hotend.

  3. TPU 85A is only supported on the right fixed hotend. TPU 95A HF/90A is expected to be supported on the left liftable hotend from firmware version U2.

  4. PET-CF / PPA-CF / PPS-CF are only supported on the left, liftable hotend.


Quick Swap nozzle design

Make sure the hot end has cooled down completely before replacing and avoid touching the heating block (the bottom part of the hot end) to prevent the risk of burns.
