At 3Dsaga, we offer professional repair and warranty services – even for products not purchased from us. We handle everything from troubleshooting and spare part replacement to full repair of 3D printers, scanners, and accessories.
The workshop is managed by Daniras A/S Technical Department.
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. The workshop opening hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 15:00
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
- Public Holidays: Closed

Who handles your workshop and complaints?
We have a professional workshop with mechanics who are well-versed in 3D printing, lasers, and everything else within the hobby and industry. Our technical department knows what they're talking about and is ready to help. Feel free to visit the showroom and see the workshop.
How long does a complaint take?
Most claims are with us for about 2 weeks. Since we do not have all spare parts in stock, we usually need to have them sent to us. This can lead to additional repair time. During busy periods, it should not be expected that we can start on your claim immediately.
What happens if you don't find the faults I'm complaining about?
Our technicians perform various tests on the product to either reproduce or test for faults. If we cannot find the faults you are complaining about and the product is not defective, we may charge a service fee for the time we have spent.
How quickly do you respond when I create a case?
You will normally receive a response within 24 hours, but response times may be longer during busy periods
My product isn't faulty, but I have a question.
If you are in doubt about whether to file a complaint, you are always welcome to write to us by email beforehand. Avoid filing a complaint if your product is not faulty or if you have questions.
Do you offer repairs on products not purchased from you?
Yes we do, it functions like any other workshop. Below you can see our starting prices:

- Products not in our assortment: 1800 DKK
- Hourly rate: 900 DKK
In addition, prices for spare parts and other services may apply.
Your repair will be carried out in a professional workshop with over 15 years of experience in 3D printing and electronics.
