Matte PLA from Sunlu is an innovative 3D printing material that provides a matte, non-glossy finish. This type of PLA (polylactic acid) is made from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane, making it more biodegradable than traditional plastics, in the same way as regular PLA and PLA-ST.
Matte PLA offers excellent print quality with less warping compared to regular PLA due to its unique chemical composition and matte texture. It can produce detailed, matte-textured 3D prints. Print settings are similar to those of regular PLA, requiring a print temperature of 190-220°C and a hotbed from 0-60°C.
Sunlu's Matte PLA is known for its high purity, low shrinkage and excellent layer adhesion, making it ideal for printing projects that require higher strength. The filament precision is only ±0.02, and it is neatly coiled and 100% tangle-free, significantly reducing the problem of nozzle blockage.
