What shipping solutions do you offer?
We offer shipping with DAO or GLS, starting from 39,- for orders under 500,- (only in Denmark). Orders over 500,- receive FREE shipping. All orders received before 12 noon on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Expected delivery time is 1-3 weekdays. You can also pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Roskilde on weekdays between 09.30-15.30
What is your return policy?
As a customer at https://www.3dsaga.com/ you have a 14-day full right of return. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. When can I pick up my package?
Parcels can be picked up between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM every weekday. Parcels cannot be picked up on weekends or public holidays, unless otherwise agreed.
Do you offer help with Makerspaces?
Yes! We love makerspaces and are happy to help with everything from advice, setup, servicing and tips/tricks for educational use!
