The FlowTech hotend utilizes a sealed heater core and nozzle/heatbreak assembly to eliminate filament leaks and thermal instability. Integrating the titanium nozzle and heatbreak into one precision-machined assembly ensures a leak-free and robust hotend that can withstand demanding conditions.
Excellent flow performance
With the custom Bondtech CHT high-flow 0.4mm nozzle, the FlowTech hotend can achieve volumetric flow rates of up to 50mm³/s – enabling fast printing without loss of layer quality or adhesion. The CHT design divides the melt zone into multiple chambers for more uniform material distribution and fewer weak spots.
Easy installation and maintenance
The hotend is made for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon and installs as a plug-and-play upgrade - no firmware changes required. It supports cold nozzle replacement without preheating or tightening, making maintenance faster and safer.
