Polymaker™ PETG 1.75mm 1kg

– High speed, high strength, high quality filament

New high-speed formula
Developed to print faster without compromising strength or quality. The high-flow formulation allows for clean and precise extrusion at speeds up to 300 mm/s – or over 500 mm/s with high-flow nozzles – while maintaining excellent layer adhesion, durability, and surface quality.

Stronger, smoother, and more reliable
Designed for stable and reliable performance, the new formula delivers superior layer bonding, minimal warping, and a clog-free experience – even on long prints. The result is strong, dimensionally stable parts with a professional appearance straight from the build plate.

Perfect for prototypes and end-use parts
From gears, brackets, and fixtures to outdoor tools, sports equipment, and cosplay props, Polymaker PETG provides the perfect balance of toughness, flexibility, and aesthetic quality. The material's chemical resistance and temperature tolerance (~70 °C HDT) make it ideal for both indoor and outdoor functional applications.

Easy to print on any setup
Compatible with most FDM printers. Polymaker™ PETG prints seamlessly without the need for an enclosure and works flawlessly with AMS and multi-material systems for reliable filament feeding and color changes.

Print Settings

Setting Recommendation
Print Temperature 240 – 260 °C
Build Plate Temperature 60 – 70 °C
Print Speed Up to 300 mm/s
Drying Settings 60 °C for 6 hours
Drying Note (Only if the material has absorbed moisture)

Warning: Polymaker PETG is very hygroscopic. Store the filament dry to avoid excessive stringing.

Note: PolyLite PETG is being phased out and replaced by its faster, stronger, and more print-friendly successor, Polymaker PETG.
