UL94 V0 Flame Retardant ABS Filament
SUNLU Flame-Retardant ABS filament is designed to stop fire development quickly and is self-extinguishing within 10 seconds. Ideal for use in fire-critical components such as electronics enclosures, automotive parts and industrial tools.

Recommended for closed 3D printers – ABS filament achieves best results in a closed 3D printer where a stable temperature can be maintained, minimizing the risk of warping and ensuring optimal print quality. Suitable for printers such as Prusa Core One, Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo, Creality K2 Plus, Bambu Lab P-series and X-series (and other similar printers).

Extreme Impact Strength
This flame-retardant ABS filament has an impact strength of up to 14 kJ/m², making it ideal for applications where shock and impact are unavoidable – such as drone frames, tool handles and automotive fittings.

High Durability and Robustness
SUNLU FR-ABS filament combines long-term durability with high resistance to cracking, abrasion and repeated loads – even under harsh conditions.

Distortion-free and Anti-cracking

Heat resistance
This flame-retardant filament has a heat deformation temperature of up to 86.5°C and maintains its structural integrity even under prolonged heat exposure.

Wide Application and Fire Safety
Suitable for electrical enclosures, fuse boxes, drone motor mounts and other heat-exposed components. Also ideal for precision parts such as cable glands, contact frames and server components with high fire safety requirements.

Recommended Print Settings
For optimal results, a nozzle temperature of 240-260°C, a print bed temperature of 80-90°C and a print speed between 50-200 mm/s are recommended.

Printing tips
The filament should be dried for 4-6 hours at 50°C after opening. To avoid warping, it is recommended to use glue and print in a closed chamber with good ventilation.

Spool size: Diameter 203.2 mm, width 63.5 mm, center hole 55.88 mm. Compatible with most 3D printers, including Bambulab H2D, X1 series, and more.
