Sunlu PC-ABS – High-performance technical filament from SUNLU
SUNLU PC-ABS is a high-quality filament made from a polymer alloy consisting of PC (polycarbonate) and ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene). It combines the excellent heat resistance and toughness of PC with the easy processing of ABS. The result is strong, impact-resistant and heat-resistant prints that retain their shape and strength - even under demanding conditions. The smooth surface finish also makes it suitable for metal plating, making the material ideal for applications where both strength and aesthetics are important - including in the automotive industry, electronics and industrial design.

Recommended print settings – SUNLU PC-ABS

• Nozzle temperature : 260–280°C

• Bed heat : 100–110°C

• Closed chamber : 90–100°C

• Print speed : 50–230 mm/s

• Print surface : Almost any surface with a thin layer of adhesive

• Fan : Off

User tips

• Calibrate the printer thoroughly before use

• It is advisable to use a closed cabinet and/or a heated chamber – especially for larger models.

• Post-treatment recommended: Place the finished workpiece in an oven to remove internal stress (annealing)

• The end of the filament should always be secured in the spool connector to avoid tangling
