TPU 95A Filament 1.75 mm
– Flexible and durable material
This TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) filament is a flexible and durable material, ideal for 3D prints where parts need to bend, compress, or absorb impact. The material combines high elasticity with good durability, making it suitable for both functional and protective components.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a flexible, durable material that is ideal for a wide range of 3D printing applications. Here are some of the many benefits of using TPU filament:
Flexibility: TPU is known for its high flexibility, making it ideal for printing parts that require bending or twisting.
High abrasion resistance: TPU is extremely resistant to wear, making it a good choice for parts that will be subjected to constant friction.
Good chemical resistance: TPU is resistant to many oils and greases, making it a good choice for industrial applications.
High shock absorption: Due to its flexibility, TPU has excellent shock-absorbing capabilities, making it ideal for protective casings and enclosures.
Compatibility: TPU is compatible with a wide range of 3D printers, making it a versatile choice.
Water resistant: TPU is water resistant, making it a good choice for outdoor applications or projects that may come into contact with moisture.
- Hardness: Our TPU has a Shore hardness of 95A. This means the filament is in the "Hard" category and can be compared to the hardness of a rubber sole.
NOTE! If you are a beginner and don't know which filament to choose, you can read our guide here.
High-quality material
TPU provides an excellent balance of flexibility, elasticity, and impact resistance. This makes the filament ideal for parts exposed to movement, pressure, or repeated stress.

Shore hardness 95A
With a Shore hardness of 95A, a good balance between softness and strength is achieved. This makes the material suitable for, among other things:
Wearables and flexible parts
Phone cases
Gaskets and O-rings
Vibration-dampening components

Stable printing
The filament is produced with a focus on consistent quality and problem-free printing.
Consistent diameter with low tolerance
Stable filament feeding
Low warping
Good layer adhesion
Minimal stringing
No bubbles or cracks
Beautiful and precise surface finish

Recommended print settings
For best results, the following settings are recommended:
Nozzle temperature: 230–240 °C
Build plate temperature: 40–50 °C
Print speed: 20–40 mm/s
A lower print speed is important with TPU, as the material's flexibility requires more controlled feeding.
Compatibility
Compatible with most FDM 3D printers that support flexible filaments.
If you experience product quality issues, you can contact the manufacturer's support.
Our TPU is packaged in vacuum bags and a sturdy cardboard box, so it is protected during transport and easy to store

Due to the transition between plastic and cardboard spools, some rolls of filament will come on cardboard spools. If you need to use the filament in an ACE or AMS, you can print this plastic edge: Printables link
