User Guide
Take 2 to 3 new desiccant packs, remove the plastic film from the packs, and install them in the designated slot in the AMS.
Close the AMS lid to keep the filament dry. Ensure that the locking tabs on the AMS are closed so that the AMS is isolated from outside air.
How to check if the desiccant needs replacement
When new, the desiccant consists of a white powder. As the packs absorb moisture, the content gradually turns into a yellow paste. The desiccant should be replaced when the entire pack is yellow, as it can no longer keep the filament dry. We also recommend re-drying the filament at this point.
