Colorfabb PA-CF low warp

1.75mm 700g

PA-CF Low Warp is a special type of polyamide filament designed to minimize warping during printing – even without a heated print bed.

Prints with low infill remain flat, even on a cold print bed. For higher infill, 40–50°C is enough to achieve a nice and stable result.

Properties

  • High tensile strength
  • High temperature resistance
  • Reinforced with carbon fiber

PA (Polyamide) filament from colorFabb makes it easy to print strong and functional parts.

By improving the market's best nylon with specially developed additives, we offer high-quality filament for professionals and experienced users.

Print tips

colorFabb has a well-equipped 3D printing studio with many of the most popular 3D printers.
Their PA material has been tested across different printers, forming the basis for the following recommended settings.

Recommended print temperature:
260–280 °C

Recommended print speed:
30–40 mm/s

Recommended heated print bed:
Room temperature – 50 °C

When printing on a glass plate, it may be advisable to use 3DLac for better adhesion.

Cooling fan:
50% fan speed is a good starting point and yields good results for overhangs and small details.
For the best possible mechanical strength, it is recommended to print with as little cooling as possible for optimal layer adhesion.
