Ruthex M4 Short threaded insert – Rx-M4Sx4.0 - 50 pcs.
The Ruthex threaded inserts can subsequently be inserted into parts from 3D printers from, for example, Anycubic, Creality or Prusa, using heat or ultrasound. With the help of heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through-hole.
Threaded inserts for your 3D printed parts
The Ruthex threaded inserts can subsequently be inserted into parts from 3D printers from, for example, Anycubic, Creality or Prusa, using heat or ultrasound. With the help of heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through-hole.
Secure grip with easy use
Thanks to the geometry of the threaded bush, it sits firmly in the printed part. The opposing helical knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high clamping force. The guide has made insertion much easier.
Stable and durable screw threads
The inserts with internal threads are made of the highest quality brass, ensuring optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. It is also possible to reuse the screw threads by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.
Suitable for various types of plastic
The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold, for example, in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic on the workpiece around the brass bush cools down and hardens again, the internally threaded bush is firmly anchored.
Practical threaded insert set
The Ruthex threaded insert set RX-M4Sx4.0 consists of 50 press-in nuts with M4 internal thread and a length of 4.0 mm. The threaded bushes can be inserted using ultrasound and heat embedding.
