Tungsten Carbide Nozzle - H2/P2S
Product Features
Perfect for abrasive filament
HRA 90 – more wear-resistant nozzle, lower maintenance
Important Notice
-
Currently, the H2 dual-nozzle function only supports nozzles of the same size.
-
Compatible with both the left and right hotends on the H2D.
-
On the H2C, this hotend is only supported on the left (lifting) hotend.
Important Firmware Update Notice
The firmware update that enables correct parameters and smart recognition for this hotend will be released soon. Until then, you can use the hotend by selecting the Hardened steel nozzle parameter.
-
H2D: The printer detects the hotend automatically — please select “Skip” to proceed with normal printing.
-
H2S and P2S: No smart recognition function. Simply select the Hardened steel nozzle parameter to use the hotend.
Firmware Release Schedule:
-
H2D — Q1 2026
-
H2S — Q1 2026
-
P2S — Q4 2025
HRA 90 – More Wear-Resistant Nozzle, Lower Maintenance
With a hardness of HRA 90 compared to hardened steel's 74, the tungsten carbide nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. This results in a 50% longer lifespan when printing with abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments.

Quick Swap Nozzle Design
The special design of the hotend's heating unit allows for easy separation of the hotend's thermal and electronic components. Simply unlock the locking mechanism for quick and easy removal and installation of the hotend.
Ensure the hotend has cooled completely before replacement and avoid touching the heat block (the bottom part of the hotend) to prevent the risk of burns.
0.6 mm and 0.8 mm Nozzle – Faster Print Speed
The larger diameter extrudes more filament per second, resulting in faster print speed.

-
If you need multi-color printing with AMS, the AMS must be connected to the right, fixed hotend.
-
If you want to use the second hotend for support material printing, we recommend using the liftable hotend.
-
TPU 85A is only supported on the right, fixed hotend. TPU 95A HF / 90A is expected to be supported on the left, liftable hotend from firmware version U2.
-
PET-CF / PPA-CF / PPS-CF are only supported on the left, liftable hotend.
