With advanced technologies such as Klipper firmware, dual-gear extrusion, and efficient cooling, the Neptune 4 is perfect for both beginners and experienced users.
Important features
- 225 x 225 x 265 mm print volume for versatile print projects
- Impressive maximum print speed of 500 mm/s delivers faster results
- 121-point automatic leveling for precise first layers
- Can reach up to 300°C with a high-temperature nozzle for various filament types
- Supports PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, ASA and nylon filaments
- USB and LAN transfer for convenient file management
Faster printing with Klipper firmware
The Neptune 4 comes pre-installed with Klipper firmware, paired with an ARM 64-bit 1.5 GHz quad-core processor for faster command processing. This allows the printer to reach speeds of up to 500 mm/s, making it one of the fastest in its class. In addition, 8 GB of ROM provides ample storage space for fast data access, improving overall printing efficiency. Advanced features such as input shaping reduce mechanical vibration and eliminate common artifacts such as ringing, ghosting or rippling, while the pressure advance feature ensures consistent material flow for smoother prints.

Powerful extrusion and upgraded hotend
The Neptune 4 features a dual-gear direct extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for smooth and consistent filament extrusion. This setup ensures reliable material output while reducing the weight of the extruder to 75% of the weight of the Neptune 3 Pro. The copper-titanium bimetal throat tube improves heat dissipation and prevents nozzle clogging. With a nozzle that can reach 300°C, the Neptune 4 is compatible with high-temperature filaments such as nylon, ABS and ASA (3D printer housing recommended for use with ABS/ASA).

Unparalleled heat dissipation performance
Neptune 4 is designed with advanced cooling in mind. It features two thickened 4015 ball bearing fans on the sides of the print head, along with four 4020 ball bearing fans on the rear. This multi-directional cooling system ensures that newly printed layers cool down quickly, resulting in better results with overhangs and bridges - even during high-speed printing.

Stable and quiet printing
Neptune 4 ensures stable, precise and quiet printing with its silent drivers for all axes, reducing noise to below 50 dB. The durable POM V-guide wheels provide smooth and precise movement, contributing to quieter operation. The dual lead screw and dual motor design on the Z-axis provides improved synchronization, ensuring better accuracy and stability during printing.

Smoother model surface
Thanks to advanced features like input shaping and pressure advance, the Neptune 4 helps produce smoother model surfaces and consistent extrusion. Whether you're printing detailed prototypes or functional parts, this printer ensures your prints come out with excellent surface quality.
