Ruthex M3 threaded insert – Rx-M3x5.7 - 100 pcs.
Ruthex threaded inserts can subsequently be inserted into parts of 3D printers from e.g. Anycubic, Creality or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded in a blind or through hole.
Threaded inserts for your 3D printed parts
Ruthex threaded inserts can subsequently be inserted into parts of 3D printers from e.g. Anycubic, Creality or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded in a blind or through hole.
Secure grip with easy use
Thanks to the geometry of the threaded bush, it sits firmly in the printed part. The opposing helical knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high clamping force. The guide has made insertion much easier.
Stable and durable screw threads
The internally threaded inserts are made of the highest quality brass, which ensures optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. It is also possible to reuse the screw threads by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.
Suitable for various types of plastic
The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold, for example, in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic on the workpiece around the brass bush cools down and hardens again, the internally threaded bush is firmly anchored.
Practical threaded insert kit
The Ruthex threaded insert kit RX-M3x5.7 consists of 100 pcs. press-in nuts with M3 internal thread and a length of 5.7 mm. The threaded sleeves can be inserted using ultrasound and heat embedding.
