
Bamboo Hotend - A1 Series
Quick-change nozzle – easy and precise replacement
The special design of the hotend heating unit makes it easy to separate the thermal and electronic components. An integrated magnetic block on the hotend heatsink ensures quick and precise mounting in the correct position. This feature makes it easy and efficient to replace the hotend without the use of tools, saving time and reducing downtime.
Note: Always ensure that the hot end has cooled down completely before making a replacement. Avoid touching the heating block (the bottom part of the hot end) to minimize the risk of burns.
0.2 mm Nozzle – Optimal detail and precision
The small diameter of 0.2 mm enables the extrusion of extra thin filament strands. This provides high resolution and excellent surface detail on the horizontal print surface – ideal for precise and detailed 3D prints.

0.6 mm and 0.8 mm Nozzle – Increased print speed
With a larger diameter, the nozzle can extrude more filament per second, resulting in significantly faster print speeds. Perfect for larger models or when efficiency is a concern.

① Filaments with carbon fiber, fiberglass, metal or other inorganic particles have an increased risk of clogging when using a 0.2 mm nozzle.

② Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been thoroughly tested and have shown a low risk of clogging when printed with a 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle – while achieving high print quality.

③ For general carbon fiber and fiberglass filaments, such as Bambu PAHT-CF and Bambu PET-CF, it is recommended to use a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle to minimize the risk of clogging and wear.
