Printing tips

To improve the gloss of your print's surface, it is recommended to lower the speed on the outer wall. You don't have to worry about the reduced adhesion found in regular PLA Silk – Bambu PLA Silk+ has improved layer bonding that fully supports this adjustment.

Although PLA Silk+ is thoroughly dried and vacuum sealed before shipping, shipping conditions can affect the moisture content. We strongly recommend drying the filament immediately after opening and storing it in an airtight container with desiccant or in AMS . Repeat drying and moisture protection before long-term storage.
