Anycubic Tough Resin Ultra
Product Features
● High impact resistance
● Flexible with excellent rebound
● Fine texture

Highly Flexible and Crack-Resistant
Boasting an 80% elongation at break, this resin delivers exceptional toughness and flexibility. It maintains structural integrity even in thin-walled designs, resisting cracking under stress and rebounding quickly after deformation. Prints can reliably withstand accidental impacts, drops, and long-distance transportation.

Weather- and Moisture-Resistant for Long-Term Storage
Anycubic Tough Resin Ultra is engineered to counteract moisture ingress and resist UV-induced degradation and brittleness. With ultra-low water absorption, prints maintain their dimensional stability during prolonged exposure and storage.

Extremely Detailed Prints
Superior print quality for fine details such as hair textures, combined with versatile functionality for movable models. Parts can be seamlessly interchanged, allowing for unlimited customization.

Instructions for use
(1) Before use:
Shake the liquid resin before use. Clean the resin vat and build plate to ensure the bottom of the resin vat is in good condition for optimal light transmission.
(2) During use:
Unscrew the lid and pour resin into the vat according to equipment requirements. Select the correct printing parameters and settings.
(3) After use:
After printing, use appropriate tools for post-processing, including a scraper, pliers, tweezers, containers, and gloves; as well as ethanol (≥95%), lactate, or isopropyl alcohol as a cleaning agent.
(4) Post-processing steps:
A. Remove the printed model from the build plate with a scraper.
B. Immerse the model in cleaning fluid, rinse or ultrasonically clean it, then remove and let it drip dry; ANYCUBIC Wash and Cure machines are recommended for better results.
C. Perform appropriate post-processing, such as support removal, sanding, coloring, etc.
Precautions
The ideal storage for uncured resin is a cool, dark place at room temperature, protected from light to avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight.
Recommended working temperature is 18–35 °C. Lower temperatures may affect print quality, so resin can be preheated before use if necessary (but not above 60 °C).
If the pigment in the resin settles, it can be used after stirring or shaking.
To ensure resin performance, the model should be removed promptly after cleaning to avoid prolonged soaking.
To ensure the mechanical properties of the model, post-curing should be done immediately after cleaning and drying.
For optimal performance of the curing material, light intensity and exposure time should be controlled. The following is recommended:
(1) Light intensity from mercury lamp or LED: 5–10 mW/m², duration max. 1 hour (adjust as needed).
(2) Exposure to sunlight (summer): approx. 1 hour.
(3) Avoid proximity to or prolonged exposure under strong light sources such as high-pressure mercury lamps.
(4) It is recommended to print in a dark room or with the lid on, as resin is light-sensitive.
Note: Material properties may vary depending on the printer, post-curing method, and testing equipment. For safety information, please refer to the product's MSDS. If you experience any problems during use, please feel free to contact us.
