Features

Leak-proof nozzle

Tired of leaky nozzles ruining your prints and wasting filament? The FlowTech Hotend combines the nozzle and heat break into one permanently sealed unit, ensuring a completely leak-proof hotend.

Nozzle change without heating

Changing nozzles used to be time-consuming and risky. With the FlowTech Hotend, you can easily replace the nozzle without pre-heating the hotend. There is no need for high-temperature tightening, and the nozzle can be changed with one hand.

Bondtech CHT High Flow performance

An official collaboration between Micro Swiss and Bondtech brings the popular CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech platform. The nozzle uses Bondtech's patented CHT technology, which increases material throughput and improves layer adhesion.

High flow capacity
The FlowTech nozzle with Bondtech CHT technology can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec.

Better layer adhesion
CHT technology divides the filament stream into multiple channels through the melt zone. This results in more uniform extrusion, reduces voids between layers, and leads to stronger prints.

All-metal construction

Built to last. The FlowTech Hotend is made entirely of metal and can handle most modern 3D printing filaments without problems. Each unit is machined and assembled in-house at Micro Swiss, quality-controlled through multiple production phases, and undergoes a complete thermal cycle test before packaging.

High-temperature performance

The FlowTech Hotend is optimized for both Elegoo Centauri Carbon 1 and Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 with correctly calibrated thermistors, so no changes to the printer's firmware are required.

• Centauri Carbon 1: up to 320 °C
• Centauri Carbon 2: up to 350 °C

Sealed Heater Core

Unlike the original heater core, the FlowTech features a fully sealed heater core, which offers several advantages:

• Better heat retention – The sealed construction effectively retains heat within the heating element, ensuring stable and consistent printing temperatures.
• Increased durability – The heating element and thermistor are better protected from impacts, reducing the risk of damage and extending the hotend's lifespan.

The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec.

Improved layer adhesion
More uniform filament deposition is achieved by dividing the filament stream into multiple channels as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers.

Leak-proof nozzle

The FlowTech Hotend integrates the nozzle and titanium heat break into one permanently sealed unit, ensuring a leak-proof design.

Nozzle change without heating

The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows for nozzle replacement without first heating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are quick and easy, require no high-temperature tightening, and can be done with one hand.
