The Prusa CORE One+ is the next evolution of the proven CORE One workhorse.
It combines a series of hardware improvements (borrowed from the CORE One L) with all firmware updates developed throughout the CORE One series' lifetime.
The result is even better print quality, quieter and smoother operation – and a more autonomous experience.
What's new in CORE One+
Automatic Top Ventilation
The extruder now controls the top vent itself:
- Automatically opens for low-temperature materials like PLA and PETG
- Closes for high-temperature materials to keep the chamber warm
This provides an optimal thermal environment without you having to lift a finger – true "set-and-forget" functionality.
Easy Flex Loading
Loading flexible filaments has become significantly easier:
A redesigned filament port makes it quick and intuitive to load TPU and other flexible materials, avoiding hassle and misfeeds.
Refined firmware and performance
CORE One+ comes with all firmware and software improvements developed for CORE One over time.

Ready for INDX-upgrade
The CORE One+ is designed from the ground up to support the INDX upgrade – a revolutionary toolchanging system developed in collaboration with Bondtech. With INDX, you can combine up to 8 different colors or materials in one print, with automatic switching between them in a few seconds with virtually zero waste.
At the core of the system is an active Smart Head, which picks up light, passive tools and heats them via contactless magnetic induction. This results in extremely fast heating and cooling cycles. Together with the self-adjusting Dynamic Extruder, which automatically adapts grip force to each individual filament, INDX makes advanced multi-material printing both stable and easy in daily use.
The delivery date for this kit is still unknown.

The CORE One is a workhorse for 3D printing, developed in the proven Prusa tradition. Designed with a "made to last" philosophy and crafted from premium materials, the CORE One offers exceptional reliability with minimal maintenance. The enclosed chamber, capable of reaching up to 55°C, features active temperature control for high-quality printing across a wide range of materials from PLA and PETG (even with the door closed) to more demanding materials like ASA, PC, or Nylon.

The chamber is as compact as possible, with a cleverly designed recess on each side to minimize its volume. This allows the chamber to quickly reach higher temperatures (up to 55°C), enabling you to print ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylon), and other advanced materials without problems. The automatic ventilation system and active temperature control enable flawless printing of PLA - even with the door completely closed!

Robust steel exoskeleton
A design that works and looks the part
The Prusa CORE One is built as an all-steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer, giving it exceptional stability and rigidity. Maintenance is still simple, however, and if you need to replace a worn part in a couple of years, it's completely hassle-free. You can disassemble everything with a screwdriver. As usual with us, we stock spare parts for years.

Our software and firmware are open source, and you can get the source code on GitHub.com. This allows you to modify the code, come up with your own improvements and tweaks. We often collaborate with our community members on new features, and you can become one of them! Or if you don't want to dive into the code, you can try modifying the printed parts of the printer. There are dozens of possibilities for all sorts of projects!

When you buy a CORE One, you're investing in a platform that will continue to grow over time, rather than something you'll have to replace in a year or two. Prusa printers are well-known for their exceptional reliability, durability, and long lifecycle. We offer excellent post-launch support with regular firmware and even hardware updates to expand your printer's capabilities years after launch. And when a new machine comes out, we release an upgrade kit.
When new technology arrives, it's usually exciting, but it can also be a bit inconvenient due to changes. You might need a new charger or a different phone case because the camera has moved. Not so with the CORE One! If you already own an MK4/S, you can reuse much of your accessories, such as print sheets, nozzles, and hotends. The CORE One uses many proven MK4S parts, which is why we also offer a convenient conversion kit.
