M2 + M3 + M4 + M5 threaded inserts for your 3D printer parts. The Ruthex threaded nuts can then be inserted into parts of 3D printers from e.g. Anycubic, Creality or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-in nuts are simply molded into a blind or through hole.

Firm grip with easy use

Thanks to the geometry of the threaded bushing, it is firmly seated in the printed part. The opposing helical knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high clamping force. The guide has made insertion much easier.

Stable and durable screw threads

The internally threaded inserts are made of the highest quality brass, ensuring optimum corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. It is also possible to reuse the screw threads by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.

Suitable for various types of plastic

The inserts are designed for all types of thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold e.g. PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic on the workpiece around the brass bushing cools down and hardens again, the internally threaded bushing is firmly anchored.

The Ruthex thread insert box consists of 70 pcs. RX-M2x4 + 100 pcs. RX-M3x5.7 + 50 pcs. RX-M4x8.1 + 50 pcs. RX-M5x9.5 pressed-in nuts with M2, M3, M4 and M5 internal threads. The thread inserts are supplied in a practical assortment box. The thread sleeves can be inserted using ultrasound and heat embedding.
