SUNLU PA6-CF nylon filament combines 80% PA with 20% carbon fiber and delivers exceptional stiffness, strength and heat resistance. It has excellent layer adhesion, making it ideal for demanding applications.


Perfect for industrial engineering use
Designed for strength and durability, SUNLU PA6-CF is suitable for industrial applications that require high torsional, tensile and impact strength. Ideal for gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy cars, skateboard parts and bicycle frames.

Excellent heat resistance
With a heat dissipation temperature of up to 209 °C – significantly higher than Easy PA, PC or ASA – PA6-CF is optimal for high-temperature applications such as car exhaust pipes, engine covers, pot lids and electric kettle handles.

Recommended printer settings

Nozzle temperature: 270–280 °C

Bed temperature: 100 °C

Print speed: 50–150 mm/s

Annealing: 80–130 °C for 5–12 hours for maximum heat resistance

Printbed: Use a thin layer of PVA glue or Magigoo PA for better adhesion

Important notes

Dry the filament before use: 80°C for 24 hours or 110°C for 4 hours

Use a durable nozzle (e.g. hardened steel) as carbon fiber is abrasive and can wear down standard nozzles.
