E3D High Flow ObXidian K2 Plus Nozzles
These premium K2 Plus high-flow nozzles are the result of an official collaboration between E3D and Creality and are specially designed for the K2 Plus and Hi 3D printers. With advanced thermal properties, quick replacement and exceptional durability, they are ideal for fast and efficient 3D printing. Engineered for both precision and efficiency, the nozzles provide excellent layer bonding and support a wide range of filaments, including abrasive types.
Important features
- Integrated metal nozzle and HeatBreak for optimal heat management
- Quick-change design – under 5 minutes
- High-flow geometry provides up to 48 mm³/s
- ObXidian coating for extreme wear resistance
- Maintains good layer bonding at high speeds
- Supports many types of standard and abrasive filaments
Designed for high flow and speed
At the heart of the K2 Plus nozzle is E3D's unique multi-channel internal design. By dividing the filament path into four separate channels, the contact area is significantly increased. This results in a higher volumetric flow rate – up to 48 mm³/s – and ensures consistent extrusion at print speeds up to 600 mm/s. Whether you want more reliable performance or want to push your slicer settings to the limit, these nozzles are optimized for modern high-speed systems.
Durability with ObXidian technology
Each nozzle features a hardened steel core coated with E3D's E3DLC™. The technology provides wear resistance that far exceeds standard nozzles and is ideal for carbon fiber and glass-filled filaments. The non-stick coating minimizes plastic buildup and improves reliability over time.
Strong adhesion at high speed
Printing at high speeds often comes at the expense of quality – but not here. These nozzles are designed to maintain layer adhesion and a clean finish even at higher speeds, resulting in strong and accurate functional parts.
Four-metal thermal management
A titanium HeatBreak ensures a sharp thermal transition between cold and hot zones, minimizing heat transfer and improving print stability. The quad-metallic structure optimizes each material layer for its function.
Wide material compatibility
The nozzles support many types of filament:
PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PA, PLA-CF, ABS-CF, PETG-CF, PC-CF, PA-CF.
When using filled materials – especially with 0.4 mm nozzles – it is recommended to check the filament manufacturer's data sheet to avoid clogging.
