Engineered for ultimate durability
At the heart of this hotend is a DiamondBack nozzle with a true polycrystalline diamond tip. Diamond is the hardest material known and provides unmatched wear resistance - perfect for printing abrasive filaments like carbon fiber, luminescent or metal-filled materials. The brass body ensures excellent thermal conductivity, while the diamond tip maintains dimensional accuracy over thousands of hours of printing.
FlowTech architecture with bimetal thermal control
The hotend features a bimetal thermal switch that combines a copper outer shell and a stainless steel core. This sharp thermal transition prevents heat creep and promotes reliable filament flow. Combined with the internal FlowTech geometry, it provides smooth extrusion with minimal clogging or pressure fluctuations.
Plug-and-Print compatibility
This hotend is a direct replacement for the standard unit in the Bambu Lab X1 and X1C printers. It requires no firmware changes, electrical wiring, or adjustments to the slicer. All AMS and printer features remain fully supported.
Cold nozzle changes, minimal downtime
Micro Swiss' tool-free nozzle replacement system makes maintenance quick, safe and simple. Change nozzles at room temperature without tools or hot clamping - saving time and reducing the risk of damage during servicing.
