Prusa CORE ONE+
The Prusa CORE One+ is the next evolution of the proven CORE One workhorse.
It combines a range of hardware improvements (borrowed from the CORE One L) with all firmware updates developed throughout the CORE One series' lifetime.
The result is even better print quality, quieter and smoother operation – and a more autonomous experience.
What's new in CORE One+
Automatic top ventilation
The extruder now controls the top vent itself:
- Automatically opens for low-temperature materials like PLA and PETG
- Closes for high-temperature materials to keep the chamber warm
This provides an optimal thermal environment without you having to lift a finger – true "set-and-forget".
Easy Flex Loading
Loading flexible filaments has become significantly easier:
A redesigned filament port makes it quick and intuitive to load TPU and other flexible materials, eliminating hassle and misfeeds.
Refined firmware and performance
The CORE One+ comes with all firmware and software improvements developed for the CORE One over time.
This means:
- Better print quality right out of the box
- Smoother movements and more stable operation
- More "quality of life" details in everyday use
Upgrade your current CORE One
Do you already own a CORE One?
Then you can easily upgrade to CORE One+:
This way, you can keep your familiar platform – and still get all the benefits of CORE One+.
Ready for INDX-upgrade
The CORE One+ is designed from the ground up to support the INDX upgrade – a revolutionary toolchanging system developed in collaboration with Bondtech. With INDX, you can combine up to 8 different colors or materials in one print, automatically switching between them in seconds with virtually zero waste.
The core of the system is an active Smart Head, which picks up light, passive tools and heats them via contactless magnetic induction. This allows for extremely fast heating and cooling cycles. Together with the self-adjusting Dynamic Extruder, which automatically adjusts grip strength for each filament, INDX makes advanced multi-material printing both stable and easy in daily use.
The delivery date for this kit is still unknown.

Whether you're new to 3D printing or an experienced expert, the Prusa CORE One ticks all the boxes for a reliable all-around machine. With a closed chamber and CoreXY design, it combines high-speed printing and maximum print quality with a large 250×220×270 mm print area. And there are plenty of smart design choices, e.g., an all-steel exoskeleton frame for maximum firmness and robustness. You'll be ready to print your first model in minutes thanks to intuitive software and one-click printing. And with almost a million 3D models on Printables.com, you'll always have something amazing to print!
The CORE One is a 3D printing workhorse, developed in the proven Prusa tradition. Designed with a "made to last" philosophy and crafted from premium materials, the CORE One offers exceptional reliability with minimal maintenance. The enclosed chamber, capable of reaching up to 55 °C, features active temperature control for high-quality printing across a wide range of materials from PLA and PETG (even with the door closed) to more demanding materials like ASA, PC, or Nylon.
Flawless Precision
Exceptional print quality thanks to Nextruder
You can be sure that with our internally developed, quality-focused print profiles, your models will be precisely as designed, with perfect dimensional accuracy. The CORE One utilizes the upgraded Nextruder with 360° cooling, enabling flawless printing of 75° overhangs, saving both time and material.

Maximum speed
CORE One is fast with all filaments, not just special types
Don't limit your projects with a small selection of specialized "high-speed" filaments. Use any PLA, PETG, or any of the advanced materials. While the CORE One is our fastest printer to date thanks to its robust CoreXY kinematics, high-flow nozzle, Input Shaper, and factory-tuned print profiles for 200+ filaments, it never sacrifices quality for faster print times.

Compact size, large volume
The perfect fit for any home, workplace, or print farm
The Prusa CORE One takes up 50% less space than the MK4S inside an enclosure, yet it delivers an impressive 30% increase in print volume. Space efficiency matters - to us too! With a massive 3D print farm of over 600 machines, the CORE One's compact footprint and optimized design allow us to fit even more printers into the same space and boost our production.

The best solution for advanced materials
Print durable functional models easily and without warping!
The chamber is as compact as possible, with a smartly designed recess on each side to minimize its volume. This allows the chamber to quickly reach higher temperatures (up to 55°C), enabling you to print ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylon), and other advanced materials without issues. The automatic ventilation system and active temperature control enable flawless printing of PLA - even with the door fully closed!

Robust steel exoskeleton
A design that works and looks the part
The Prusa CORE One is built as an all-steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer, providing it with exceptional stability and rigidity. Maintenance, however, is still simple, and if you need to replace a worn part in a few years, it's completely hassle-free. You can disassemble everything with a screwdriver. As usual with us, we have spare parts in stock for years.
Make it your own!
Designed for modders
No parts of the printer are glued together, everything can be disassembled with a set of screwdrivers, and there's plenty of room for mods, creativity, and customization - so go ahead and make the CORE One your own! Print magnetic holders, calendars, or just fun things to make your printer stand out.
Our software and firmware are open source, and you can get the source codes on GitHub.com. This allows you to modify the code, come up with your own improvements and tweaks. We often collaborate with our community members on new features, and you can become one of them! Or if you don't want to dig into the code, you can try modifying the printed parts of the printer. There are dozens of possibilities for all kinds of projects!

Ready for the future
With exceptional backward compatibility
When you buy a CORE One, you're investing in a platform that will continue to grow over time, rather than something you'll need to replace in a year or two. Prusa printers are well-known for their exceptional reliability, durability, and long lifecycle. We offer excellent post-launch support with regular firmware and even hardware updates to expand your printer's capabilities even years after launch. And when a new machine comes out, we release an upgrade kit.
When new technology arrives, it's usually exciting, but it can also be a bit inconvenient due to changes. You might need a new charger or a different phone case because the camera has moved. Not so with the CORE One! If you already own an MK4/S, you can reuse many accessories, such as print sheets, nozzles, and hotends. The CORE One uses many proven MK4S parts, which is why we also offer a practical conversion kit.

Optimized for print farms
Boost your production with Prusa CORE One
We operate a massive print farm with over 600 of our 3D printers producing parts for new 3D printers, so we know what it takes to run such a massive operation. We designed the Prusa CORE One to fit right in – compact dimensions, doors that open 180°, the ability to feed filament from a spool hanging above the printer, simple maintenance, maximum reliability, easy printing of advanced materials... it's the perfect machine for mass production!

100% privacy: Offline mode without compromise
You don't need to connect the CORE One to the network - not even once, and you can still enjoy the full experience without any drawbacks. The printer can be configured and operated offline, including slicing and installing firmware updates. The Wi-Fi module can be easily disconnected for environments with the highest level of security.
We believe that whether you're developing a new generation of space shuttle or simply printing toys for your children, no organization should be interested in collecting information about your prints or your printer's surroundings. That's why our printers can be found in top companies, universities, and research institutions around the world. See where our printers are used.
