PCL Filament from Sunlu is a groundbreaking filament that makes 3D printing safer and can be used to create smart and aesthetic prints.

PCL is made from a lightweight yet strong polyester material and has a density of about 1.2g/cm3. It melts at relatively low temperatures, around 60°C, which makes it safe to print with. It can be printed on a cold print bed and is extremely strong with a high degree of flexibility.

PCL material has superb layer adhesion, resulting in an extremely strong and durable print. At the same time, PCL is easy to reshape, as its low melting point means you can change its form in hot water.

Sunlu PCL filament is suitable for use in 3D pens as its melting point is much lower than PLA. However, your 3D pen must be able to manually lower the temperature or be designed for PCL. The Sunlu SL300 is therefore not suitable for this type!
