Clean the build plate with isopropyl alcohol : A dirty build plate can lead to poor PCB adhesion. Clean the build plate thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol to remove dust and grease. See instructions for cleaning the build plate .
-
Check that all wires are connected properly : Loose or improperly connected wires can cause a variety of problems, from lack of heating to erratic movement. Make sure that all wires are connected properly and securely.
-
Test the printer with a different SD card : Sometimes problems can be caused by a faulty SD card. Try using a different SD card and see if the problem persists.
-
Re-level the printer : An improperly leveled build plate can lead to poor print quality.
-
Check that there are no errors in the .stl file you are trying to print : Errors in the .stl file can lead to failed prints. For example, due to missing support or incorrect slicer profile. Therefore, check this again, possibly with this test print file.
