Product Features

NOTE:

  1. The H2 Dual-Nozzle feature currently supports only same-sized nozzles.

  2. Compatible with both left and right hotends on H2D.

  3. On H2C, this hotend is only supported on the left (lifting) hotend.


Quick-Change Nozzle Design

The special design of the H2 series hotend heating unit allows for easy separation of the thermal and electronic components of the hotend. Simply unlock the bracket for quick and easy removal and installation of the hotend.

Note: Make sure the hotend has cooled down before replacement, and avoid touching the heat block (the bottom part of the hotend) to prevent the risk of burns.

 


0.2 mm Nozzle – Optimal Print Fineness

  • Smaller diameter extrudes thinner filament strands

  • High resolution on the horizontal printing surface


0.6 mm and 0.8 mm Nozzle – Faster Print Speed

  • Larger diameter extrudes more filament per second, providing faster print speed

  • Filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles tend to clog a 0.2 mm nozzle.

  • For filaments containing carbon fiber or glass fiber, it is strongly recommended to use a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle to minimize the risk of clogging and wear.

  • Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been thoroughly tested and found to have a low risk of clogging when printed with a 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle, while achieving higher print quality.
