
Bambu Hotend - P1 Series
Quick-change nozzle – easy and precise replacement
The special design of the hotend's heating unit makes it easy to separate the thermal and electronic components. An integrated magnetic block on the hotend's heatsink ensures quick and precise mounting in the correct position. This feature makes it simple and efficient to replace the hotend without tools, saving time and reducing downtime.
Note: Always ensure the hotend has cooled down completely before performing a replacement. Avoid touching the heat block (the bottom part of the hotend) to minimize the risk of burns.
0.2 mm Nozzle – Optimal detail and precision
The small 0.2 mm diameter allows for the extrusion of extra thin filament strands. This provides high resolution and excellent surface details on the horizontal print surface – ideal for precise and detailed 3D prints.

0.6 mm and 0.8 mm Nozzle – Increased print speed
With a larger diameter, the nozzle can extrude more filament per second, resulting in significantly faster print speed. Perfect for larger models or when efficiency is the focus.

① Filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles have an increased risk of clogging when using a 0.2 mm nozzle.

② Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been thoroughly tested and show a low risk of clogging when printed with a 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle – while achieving high print quality.

③ For general carbon fiber and glass fiber filaments, such as Bambu PAHT-CF and Bambu PET-CF, it is recommended to use a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle to minimize the risk of clogging and wear.
