Colorfabb nGen_FLEX - Co-Polyester filament

nGen_FLEX can best be described as a semi-flexible filament with a shore hardness of 95A. It can be fed through a Bowden system and printed at normal speeds.
The material is temperature resistant up to approx. 125 °C, meaning printed parts can be steam sterilized at 121 °C.
For functional parts that need to be discreet or not attract attention, nGen_FLEX Black is the obvious choice.

Printing Tips
Their materials are tested across various printers, and based on this, they have developed the following recommendations for using colorFabb filament.
Recommended print temperature:
240–260 °C
Recommended print speed:
40–60 mm/s
Recommended heated print bed:
80 °C + BuildTak
Cooling fan:
nGen_FLEX yields the best results on a BuildTak-covered print bed heated to about 80 °C. Ensure that the distance between the nozzle and the print bed is not too small – the first layer should not be overly compressed.
