Anycubic Cool Plate
Stronger adhesion | Durable & energy efficient
Matte first layer

Stronger adhesion

The special surface treatment on the cool plate gives PLA filaments extremely strong adhesion already at 45°C. This effectively reduces the risk of smaller parts and large models lifting or the base layer separating.

Durable & energy efficient

The Cool Platen requires less power than traditional plates during printing. The special surface treatment results in 26% lower energy consumption over multiple print cycles. This significantly extends the life of the plate and reduces overall costs.

Matte first layer

The special surface treatment gives the first layer a matte structure. This reduces light refraction and gives the first layer a texture that resembles the surface of the finished model, making the model's texture even and uniform on all sides.

Recommended printing temperature

Material Print temperature on Cool Plate Printing temperature on regular plate
PLA 45°C 60°C
PETG 75°C 85°C

Note

  • Set the plate type to “cool plate” in the slicer.

  • The Cool plate does not support other materials (resin, carbon, nylon, etc.), as otherwise serious adhesion problems will occur.

  • Avoid long-term storage in environments where sharp corners may impact the plate.

  • Avoid prolonged immersion in water.
