Important notes

When using small drills (0.3 mm / 0.5 mm)

  • Use light pressure – too much pressure can cause breakage

  • Avoid drilling into materials with high hardness when using micro drills

General safety and use

  • Always tighten the chuck manually before use to secure the drill

  • Wear safety glasses to protect against flying chips.

  • For uneven surfaces, the use of a guide bushing is recommended to avoid deflection.

  • If a drill bit is dropped, inspect it for cracks – replace if damaged

  • For high-precision drilling, use with a dedicated model drill stand is recommended
