Built for speed and reliability
With its innovative 4-channel internal geometry, the ObXiDian 500 HotEnd significantly improves heat transfer to the filament. It provides up to 60 percent higher volumetric flow, allowing you to print faster without compromising quality. Whether you use your standard slicer settings or push the limits, extrusion will remain stable and reliable.
Excellent durability and filament versatility
The ObXiDian 500 coating significantly increases wear resistance and lasts at least five times longer than previous ObXiDian nozzles. This makes the HotEnd ideal for abrasive composite filaments such as carbon fiber and glass-filled materials, metal-filled filaments, luminescent materials and other specialty filaments. You get longer nozzle life and less maintenance even with demanding printing.
Cleaner and more stable prints
A non-stick coating prevents molten filament from sticking to the nozzle tip, reducing build-up and the risk of clogging. This results in cleaner prints, fewer interruptions, and more consistent surface quality over long print runs.
Easy installation — drop-in upgrade
The HotEnd is designed for direct compatibility with the Bambu Lab H2 series (H2D, H2C, H2S). With the magnetic mounting system, installation takes just seconds: remove the old HotEnd, insert the new one and start printing immediately without calibration or hardware changes.
