Magigoo Pro Flex - The 3D printing adhesive
Magigoo Flex is a specially developed adhesive pen optimized for 3D printing with flexible and rubber-based filaments such as TPU, TPE and other elastomers. It ensures strong adhesion during printing and allows for easy, tool-free removal once the print has cooled—reducing issues like lifting and shifting. Ideal for flexible materials that typically struggle to adhere in the first layer.
Key features
- Specially formulated for flexible materials such as TPU and TPE
- Strong adhesion to heated building board
- Easy removal after cooling
- Water-based, odorless and non-toxic
- Pen applicator for precise, mess-free application
- Easy to clean with water—no scraping required
Reliable adhesion to flexible filaments
Flexible filaments tend to shift or twist during printing. Magigoo Flex creates a stable, temporary bond that holds the print in place throughout the process, ensures a clean first layer, and prevents the nozzle from dragging the material along.
Easy release when cooled
Once the print is complete and the build plate has cooled, the adhesive loses its grip—the print comes off with a light push. No tools or scraping are required, so both the print and build plate remain intact.
Safe and convenient formula
Magigoo Flex is water-based, odorless and free of harmful chemicals, making it ideal for the home, studio or classroom. The pen applicator ensures precise application without overspray and keeps the work area clean.
Easy cleaning and maintenance
After printing, clean the build plate with a damp cloth or rinse with warm water. The adhesive rinses off easily without the need for solvents or scraping—your build surface stays clean.
Easy application routine
-
Shake the pen well to mix the contents.
-
Apply a thin, even layer to a clean, cold build plate.
-
Heat the plate according to the filament's specifications, begin printing, and only remove the model once the plate has cooled.
-
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth or warm water before the next print.
SECURITY:
Using this product with filament types other than flexible filaments may cause excessive adhesion and damage your build plate.
TIPS:
-
For larger prints and filaments with a high shrinkage rate, a brim (edge) of 20 mm is recommended.
-
If the print is too stuck, it is recommended to moisten the build plate with a little water and slowly work the water under the print – this makes it easier to remove the part.
