Prusa Memmert UF30 Filament Dry

The Memmert UF30 is a high-performance laboratory oven made of high-quality, hygienic, easy-to-clean stainless steel. It is the perfect solution for precise drying of filaments, with temperatures that can be adjusted between +20 and +300 °C. Most high-performance materials are very hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture from the environment.

This severely impairs their performance, even to the point where they become completely impossible to print. With the filament dryer, you can easily reduce the moisture content to optimal levels. Once the filament is properly dry, place it directly in the Prusa Pro Filament Drybox to prevent repeated moisture buildup. The UF30 chamber volume is 32 liters.

The drying oven can also be used for annealing (post-crystallization) of printed parts, further improving the mechanical and thermal properties of certain filaments.
