SUNLU ABS-GF Filament
Facing industry challenges such as weak layer bonding, warping, and limited mechanical performance in traditional ABS, the SUNLU Engineering Lab has developed the groundbreaking ABS-GF (glass fiber-reinforced) material, delivering an optimal solution for professional users and industrial applications.

By breaking the limitations of traditional ABS's layer bonding, a three-dimensional anchoring network is formed through the glass fibers. The randomly distributed fibers act as microscopic chains, mechanically locking adjacent print layers together into a single cohesive unit, ensuring maximum structural integrity – even in complex geometric designs.

The material innovatively utilizes glass fibers to create an efficient thermal conduction network, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the printing process. The internal temperature rise is reduced by 30%, ensuring even curing of each layer and eliminating warping and cracking caused by thermal stress differences.

The optimized thermal stability makes it an ideal choice for high-temperature applications such as automotive components, functional prototypes, and industrial tools. The material maintains dimensional stability and mechanical performance even at sustained high temperatures.

The material delivers significant improvements over standard ABS:
Flexural strength increases by 63% to 90 MPa, and tensile strength improves by 28.5% to 54 MPa. The 10% fiberglass reinforcement not only increases structural rigidity but also forms a thermal conduction network that significantly improves the heat deflection temperature.
