Tungsten Carbide Nozzle - H2/P2S
Product features
Perfect for abrasive filament
HRA 90 – more durable nozzle, lower maintenance
Important announcement
-
Currently, the H2 dual nozzle feature only supports nozzles of the same size.
-
Compatible with both left and right hotend on H2D.
-
On the H2C, this hotend is only supported on the left (lifting) hotend.
Important notice about firmware update
The firmware update that enables correct parameters and smart recognition for this hotend will be released soon. Until then, you can use the hotend by selecting the Hardened Steel Nozzle parameter.
-
H2D: The printer will automatically detect the hot end — please select “Skip” to continue normal printing.
-
H2S and P2S: No smart recognition function. Simply select the Hardened Steel Nozzle parameter to use the hot end.
Firmware release schedule:
-
H2D — Q1 2026
-
H2S — Q1 2026
-
P2S — Q4 2025
HRA 90 – more durable nozzle, lower maintenance
With a hardness of HRA 90 compared to hardened steel's 74, the tungsten carbide nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. This results in a 50% longer lifetime when printing with abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments.

Quick Swap nozzle design
The special design of the hotend heating unit allows for easy separation of the thermal and electronic components of the hotend. Simply unlock the locking mechanism for quick and easy removal and installation of the hotend.
Make sure the hot end has cooled down completely before replacing and avoid touching the heating block (the bottom part of the hot end) to prevent the risk of burns.
0.6mm and 0.8mm nozzle – faster print speed
The larger diameter extrudes more filament per second, resulting in faster printing speed.

If you need multi-color printing with AMS, the AMS must be connected to the right fixed hotend.
-
If you want to use the second hotend for printing support material, we recommend using the liftable hotend.
-
TPU 85A is only supported on the right fixed hotend. TPU 95A HF/90A is expected to be supported on the left liftable hotend from firmware version U2.
-
PET-CF / PPA-CF / PPS-CF are only supported on the left, liftable hotend.
