Choose the nozzle that suits your needs. All nozzles of the V5 V6 type fit Anycubic Kobra, Kobra Go, Kobra Neo, MEGA S, MEGA X, CHIRON, MEGA ZERO 2.0
Our nozzles are suitable for 1.75mm filament.
With our new nozzles that come with an exit hole from 0.2 to 1.0 mm, which gives you much greater control over exactly the item and quality you want for your 3D printer.
Brass:
Good for printing PLA. Brass nozzles are what most 3D printers come with, as they are easy to use, cheap to produce and easy to replace.
Plus, they are cheap to replace.
Hardened steel:
A fantastic material for printing all types of filaments. Hardened steel does not wear out in the same way as brass. Therefore, it can print filaments that wear heavily on the nozzle. Examples of filaments that wear heavily on the nozzle are; Glow in the dark, ABS, Metal, Carbon, Wood and other hard plastic types.
Hardened steel can withstand extremely high temperatures and can therefore also be used for high speed prints.
0.2mm Nozzle
Advantages:
- Better quality in xy axes
- Less layer = less visible
- Easy to remove support
Disadvantages:
- Significantly longer print time
- Easier to clog
- Cannot be used with glow in dark, wood/metal filled
Where to use it: For text, jewelry, or small figures
0.6 mm Nozzle
Advantages:
- Almost 50% reduction in print time
- Almost the same quality as 0.4 mm nozzle
- Less chance of clogging the nozzle
- Stronger topics
Disadvantages:
- Text and small details become less easy to print
- Difficult to remove support
Where to use it: Larger items, lamps, vases, large figures
0.8 mm Nozzle
Advantages:
- A larger nozzle hole but not up to 1 mm
- Good for printing larger items that fill your entire PCB
- Almost no chance of clogging the nozzle
Disadvantages:
- Text and small details become less easy to print
- Difficult to remove support
Where to use it: Printing houses, bridges, etc. Where you, for example, need to fill and paint the model
1.0mm Nozzle
Advantages:
- Much faster to print with (However, your extruder must be able to keep up)
- Almost impossible to clog
- More visible layers (Good for design lamps ect if you wish)
Disadvantages:
- Impossible to get nice small details with
- VERY clear layers
- Support can be very difficult to remove
- Requires a lot of filling
Where to use it: Very large items
Each nozzle has its own advantages and disadvantages. The guide above is not perfect and only covers the tip of the iceberg. You can do some testing yourself to find the perfect nozzle for your specific needs.
