At 3Dsaga we offer professional repair and warranty service – also for products not purchased from us. Our technical workshop handles everything from troubleshooting and spare part replacement to full repairs of 3D printers, scanners and accessories.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. The workshop is open every weekday during our normal opening hours (closed on public holidays).

When returning products, you must select an appropriate delivery method. Packages up to 25 kg can be sent to a parcel shop or business address, while larger or heavier shipments must be sent as home delivery. We may change the delivery method if necessary to ensure proper handling.
