Klarna:
In order to offer Klarnas payment method, we may be required to transfer your personal information such as contact information and order information to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you're qualify for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarnas own data protection notice
Shipping
Orders above 500 DKK in Denmark have free shipping. Otherwise a shipping fee would be charged.
Goods in stock are shipped the same working day if the order is placed before 12.00 noon.
Expected delivery time 1-3 working days.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to (hello@daniras.com) or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancelling a part of a purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in the same order.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during the transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value due to being used in a non-intended way, a partial purchase amount would be refunded. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Unclaimed packages returned to us by the shipping company will be refunded when the goods have been returned. We refund the purchase amount minus a fee of 75DKK, which covers our cost for the return shipping.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a costumer, the rules of the Sales Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with DANIRAS A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
The responsible for data at www.anycubic.dk is Mikkel Skaarup Søndergaard.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
