Smaller, lighter, and better than ever, our Revo Micro HotEnd features the smallest heatsink we’ve ever produced. Weighing in at just 30g, Revo Micro allows you to get even higher speed performance from your motion system. It’s adaptable for both Bowden and direct drive setups and is fully compatible with our Revo ecosystem, so you can easily change nozzles tool-free and without hot tightening – right at room temperature, using just your fingers. With a black anodised heatsink, Revo Micro doesn’t just run cool; it looks great too.

Titanium-level performance. Our special manufacturing process gives this all-aluminium HotEnd the same strength and low thermal conductivity of Titanium – without actually being made from Titanium.

Revo ready. Change nozzles at room temperature with your fingers. No complex tools and no hot tightening. Revo Nozzles are factory-sealed, all-in-one nozzle and HeatBreak units, so they’re easy to install and can’t leak molten plastic.

New heat, quicker. A Revo HeaterCore heats up in seconds. It’s also much safer – unlike other solutions on the market, Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) means the Revo HeaterCore can’t melt at extreme temperatures. Power is automatically reduced as it gets hotter, mitigating the danger in thermal runaway events.

Runs cool, looks great. With a black anodised heatsink, Revo Micro doesn’t just run cool; it looks great too.

Flexible for any setup. Revo Micro works with both Bowden and direct drive setups, but its lightweight construction means it’s particularly suited to Bowden setups.

Please note:

• This kit does not include any 3D printed mounting brackets.

• The Revo Micro fan must be connected via the 5V regulator, unless directly connecting to a 5V pin.

• The kit comes with 100mm of PTFE tubing.

• You may need to adjust your Z-offset when changing nozzles.
