With a wear resistance that is orders of magnitude higher than any other E3D nozzle, ObXidian is truly tough. Several orders of magnitude tougher than Nozzle X and indeed any other generic hardened steel nozzle. This is achieved by pairing a tool steel insert with our new E3DLC™ coating. This specially formulated coating also embeds non-stick properties into the nozzle itself, resulting in significantly less plastic build-up around the nozzle.
Higher flow.
Revo ObXidian™ High Flow increases your setup's volumetric flow rate, allowing you to print abrasives like glow in the dark, wood and metal filled much faster!
How does this work?
Revo™ High Flow maintains the exact same form factor as standard Revo HotEnds; this means there is no need to adjust your existing mounting and fan ducts! These High Flow nozzles use a unique custom internal geometry to increase surface area for improved thermal transfer to the filament.
Multiple nozzle sizes.
Revo ObXidian High Flow unlocks higher flow for existing 0.4mm, 0.60mm and 0.80mm nozzle sizes and adds 1.00mm, 1.20mm and 1.40mm nozzle sizes to your arsenal of abrasion-resistant nozzles.
Experiment freely.
With such easy nozzle replacement, you are free to experiment with different nozzles for different applications. In case of problems such as clogged nozzles, simply unscrew one and replace it with a new one without any hassle . This leads to a significant reduction in your 3D printer's downtime and means only one thing, more time for 3D printing!
Frustration-free. Each Revo nozzle is a pre-assembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one unit, so there is no dangerous hot voltage and no chance of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating HotEnd leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!
Quick identification. Identify nozzle sizes at a glance thanks to a color-coded silicone sock. Plus, each Revo nozzle has its size engraved with easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn!
Please note:
Revo™ nozzles are not compatible with V6 style heat blocks
You may need to adjust your Z offset when changing nozzles.
