Overview

Laser Protective Goggles are highly effective in preventing accidental eye damage caused by the laser from the H2D laser module.

For lasers with wavelengths from 200 to 460 nm, including blue light with the specification 450 nm (covering 450–460 nm) — where the H2D laser emits blue laser light at 455 nm — a protection level of OD5+ is achieved. This means that the laser energy passing through the lenses is reduced to one hundred-thousandth of the original power.

For lasers with wavelengths from 900 to 1100 nm (primarily infrared light), a protection level of OD6+ is achieved. This indicates that the laser energy passing through the lenses is reduced to one millionth of the original power, significantly reducing glare after filtering.
