Advantages of nickel plating

Our coated brass nozzles are provided with a nickel plating to provide protection against corrosion, erosion and wear. Nickel-plated nozzles have greater corrosion resistance and lower coefficient of friction, which allows for smoother feeding of material and delays the adhesion of plastic to the nozzle surface.

Different nozzle sets for different materials

We recommend having several sets of nozzles because:

• Using different materials with the same nozzles will cause deposits inside the nozzle.
• These deposits will cause blockages.
• We recommend changing your nozzle when changing material.
